Individual Coaching
Patterns of Possibility coaching helps you learn from past patterns to turn them into new possibilities.
Making authentic connections is not a numbers game. Stop going to the same places, meeting the same kinds of people and talking about the same things over and over again. If you want to meet someone who will nurture your connection and appreciate you and your time, you must be somewhere else and do something else.
Let’s work together to find those people that are worth your time.
When you work with me…
You will discover which social connections are really important to you…
So that you can share space with people who are enthusiastic about being with you!
You will be appreciated, understood and accepted among your peers.
Stop wasting your time with people who aren’t worth your time...
Do they judge or condemn you?
Be Yourself.
Do you feel like you have to be someone you’re not when you’re around them?
Live Your Truth.
Do you feel unsupported, misunderstood and told your feelings don’t matter?
Be Real With Them.
People who are worth your time provide…
Mutual Appreciation
Don’t wonder why they haven’t reached out to you. Your friends are excited to know you and talk to you.
Engaging Conversation
You can discuss topics that are important and interesting to you without fear, ridicule and rejection.
Trust & Belonging
Be free to open up and share your deepest thoughts and feelings with your friends without judgment or shame.
My Coaching Process
Step 1.
Get clear on what you want from your connections.
The person who knows what they want has something specific in mind to do with their connections.
They’d say, “I want friends to play one on one basketball with on the weekends.” or “I want someone to play complex and intricate board games with.”
You’ll learn to clearly identify who belongs in your social circle and who doesn’t.
Step 2.
Go to the places that have the people you want to meet.
Let’s go to the places that have what you want.
If you’re shopping for fresh organic vegetables, what do you think the odds are that you will find it in a 7-eleven? Probably low right?
It’s the same for your connections. You must be more intentional with your precious time and energy.
You’ll learn how to be in places where there are people that you will want to meet.
Step 3.
Start the conversation.
You’ll discover how to invite people into your social circle without appearing cringy, desperate or needy.
You’ll learn to initiate contact, keep the conversation going and break the connection if you know it’s not a good fit for you.
No more creating connections with people that you don’t align with.
Individual Coaching
Experience the joy of connection, community and camaraderie in your personal and professional life.
Are you tired of small talk and superficial conversations that never seem to lead to deeper connections?
Do you struggle to find the right topics to discuss with new acquaintances, or worry that your interests might not be shared by others?
You can overcome these obstacles and make authentic, meaningful connections with others.
Through a series of interactive exercises and discussions, you'll discover your passions and interests and how to express them fully. You'll also learn valuable skills for active listening, empathy, and effective communication, which will serve you well in all aspects of your social life.
By the end of our time together, you'll feel more confident in your ability to create new social connections and deepen existing relationships.
You’ll learn to:
✔Be able to clearly identify who belongs in your social circle and who doesn’t.
✔Be intentional about getting to places where there are people that you will want to meet (who want to meet you too).
✔Know how to start conversations with strangers and steer them towards topics that are interesting and important to you.
You’ll also have access to a private community full of people who want to support you in finding your tribe. Which includes:
✔Access to forums and chats
✔Weekly Q&A Sessions
✔Private & Public Virtual Events
Coach with me to start building the meaningful connections you've been looking for in all aspects of your life.
Your new stronger social circles are closer than you think.
Many people blame themselves that they can’t make friends or find people to nurture their spirit, yet they don’t realize that making quality connections is a skill that is not often taught. That’s why it has taken me 15+ years of experience to develop a personal connection and friendship coaching program.
Imagine the joy of being with someone who you really “gets” you. Imagine being with someone who shares your interests, has similar “weird” habits and understands your worldview.
This is possible if you pause to reach out to schedule a close connections assessment.
In 30 minutes I can help you see a better future with friendships, coworkers or family members.
My goal is to help you create strong supportive social circles so that you can feel connected, understood and appreciated. You deserve to spend time with people that are worth your time.

I am your coach.
I am not your guru who has all the answers.
I am your guide on the side who assists you on your journey.
A coach gives expert ‘how to’ advice on where you can meet your people, how to make meaningful conversation and how to let go of a toxic connection.
A coach revisits your past relationships and connections to examine what specific behaviors you desire in your future close connections.
A coach shares their own life lessons and personal experiences to demonstrate that despite the challenges that you may have, it is possible to find new companions, heal damaged connections and be in community with other like-minded people.
A coach teaches you new skills in initiating conversations, asking to meet again and identifying connections that aren’t good for you sooner rather than later.
