Social Connections Coach
for Late Diagnosed Autistic Adults

Want Better Relationships?
Let’s work together.

Individual Coaching

Many of the people I work with were diagnosed autistic later in life, are self-diagnosed or suspect autism. For years, they masked, adapted, and pushed through, thinking their social struggles were personal flaws.

While not realizing they were actually signs of unmet needs.

Unlike those diagnosed as children, they didn’t grow up with the right language, support, or tools to make sense of their experiences.

That’s where I come in.

I help late diagnosed autistic adults turn confusion and exhaustion into clarity and confidence without masking, overthinking, or losing yourself in the process.

Patterns of Possibility coaching helps you learn from past patterns to turn them into new possibilities.

In your 30s and 40s, the stakes get real.

You might say, “I’m fine being on my own.”

Sure, until you’re not.

Maybe you like your space.
Maybe you’ve always been more of an observer than a joiner.
Maybe people have let you down before, so solitude feels safer.

And that’s valid.

But being a loner often comes with quiet costs no one talks about:

⇒ You’re always the one taking care of yourself — even in emergencies.

⇒ You celebrate wins alone, quietly, without anyone who truly gets what it means.

⇒ You talk yourself out of asking for help because "you’ve handled worse."

⇒ You carry every emotion, every decision, every shift in life — by yourself.

⇒ You convince yourself you prefer isolation when what you actually fear is being misunderstood.

You don’t have to trade your independence to build meaningful relationships.

You can be authentic.
You can be you.
You can have support instead of being alone when it matters.

You might feel like, "You can go months without talking and just pick up where you left off."

But you’re really too busy to notice how distant you are.

You’re grinding, keeping up appearances, and holding a lot more than people realize.
But then you face an unexpected challenge.
And you realize:

You don’t actually have anyone to call.

⇒ Who’s bringing you soup when you’re too sick to get out of bed?

⇒ Who’s sitting with you in the ER, not just texting "Keep me posted"?

⇒ Who's helping you process your feelings when life suddenly shifts with a divorce, a move, a job loss?

⇒ Who's celebrating your win when you finally get the thing you've worked so hard for?

⇒ Who sees the quiet signs that you're not okay and reaches out before you have to ask?

These are the moments that reveal the truth.

You don’t just need people to hang out with.
You need people who will stand by you.

Don’t wait for a crisis to realize you’re alone.

❌ Low-maintenance friendships won’t show up when life gets heavy.
❌ Independence won’t comfort you in an emergency.
❌ Silence won’t celebrate your successes or help you fight your fears.

⬇️ Let’s talk about how coaching can help you build the kind of support that actually shows up. ⬇️

The Coaching Process

I’m not your guru. I don’t have all the answers.

I won’t pretend to.

But I am your guide on the side.

I will be with you while you unlearn survival habits and build something more meaningful in their place.

As your coach, I’ll offer clear, real-world strategies instead of vague advice on where to meet your people, how to hold conversations that don’t feel forced, and how to step away from connections that drain you.

We’ll revisit past relationships — not to relive them, but to understand what you truly need in the ones ahead.

I’ll share lessons from my own journey, not because I’ve figured it all out, but to show you what’s possible.

I’ll teach you new skills:
🔹how to start a conversation without overthinking,
🔹how to ask to meet again without second-guessing,
🔹and how to spot red flags early. Before you get attached.

You won’t learning how to become someone else.
You will discover how to finally feel safe enough to be yourself and still be connected.

The Coaching Program

It’s a 12-week private coaching experience where we focus on helping you build genuine, lasting relationships by strengthening your natural communication style through a method I developed called Strategic Vulnerability.

Instead of trying to force yourself into someone else's mold, we build your confidence by enhancing who you naturally are. If you haven’t already, watch the video above to learn more about the framework of Strategic Vulnerability.

Authentic Acceptance

We’ll get clear on your Needs, Negotiables, and Nevers so you know exactly who you are and what you value. We’ll identify and clear old patterns like guilt, shame, and self-doubt, so you can finally feel comfortable in your own skin.

Boundaries Blueprint

I’ll guide you to express your needs clearly, kindly, and concisely. You won’t feel like you’re hurting anyone or being 'too much.' You’ll get a simple framework that makes setting boundaries easy and natural.

Conscious Conversation

We’ll master how to start, guide, and end conversations intentionally. You’ll learn how to steer them toward topics you care about without awkwardness or anxiety.

Real connection isn’t out of reach.

But most people were never taught how to build it.

If you've blamed yourself for struggling to make friends or find people who truly get you, you're not alone.

The truth is, meaningful connection isn’t about trying harder or being more likable.

It’s a skill.

It’s one that’s rarely taught, especially to those who move through the world a little differently.

That’s why I created a coaching program built specifically for people who feel out of sync socially — people like us.

After 15+ years of trial, error, and lived experience, I’ve developed a process that helps late-diagnosed autistic adults (and thoughtful loners) build the kind of support that doesn’t require masking, small talk, or social burnout.

Imagine spending time with people who understand your quirks, share your interests, and value your perspective.

Imagine feeling safe being fully yourself without overthinking, no second-guessing.

That’s not just possible.
It’s closer than you think.

If you're ready to stop guessing and start connecting, I invite you to apply for coaching.

Let’s build the relationships you’ve always deserved.
